Why the Learning Circle?
Instead of offering another wellness class, the Learning Circle was created to help you develop a deeper relationship with your body through observation, guided practice, and simple techniques you can continue at home.
Every gathering is intentionally small, allowing time for personal guidance while learning alongside others in a calm and supportive environment.

The Bridge
The Bridge is a connection between your body and the tool you are using.
Through mindful touch, gentle movement, extension, muscle activation, and intentional breathing, you begin to explore the tissue rather than simply working on it.
The Bridge invites you to slow down, notice what you feel, and follow the patterns your body reveals.
This is where observation becomes communication.
Explore the Bridge
Begin with these four steps.
01 — EXPLORE
Touch the Tissue
Begin by noticing what you feel.
02 — CONNECT
Engage the Tissue
Bring movement, breath, and awareness into the experience.
03 — TOUCH & OBSERVE
Notice Patterns
Follow texture, pathways, and changes as you explore.
04 — CREATE THE BRIDGE
Extend the Connection
As you extend or engage the tissue, the connection between the body and the tool becomes the Bridge.
The Four Pillars
The Sana Luna Method is built around four simple principles that guide every session, class, ritual, and daily practice.

3.🌙 Restore

4.✨ Continue
Learning doesn’t end after a session. Continue growing through daily rituals, the Learning Circle, and ongoing exploration.
